ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না। - কোনো পণ্যের আকার বা ওজন বেশি বা বড় হলে গ্রাহকের সাথে আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
