- ঢাকার বাইরে পণ্য ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে নিকটস্থ কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস অফিস থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে হয়।
- গ্রাহক আমাদের অফিস থেকেও পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারেন।

- পণ্যটি কোনভাবে গ্রাহকের দ্বারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হলে তা ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না।

ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না। - কোনো পণ্যের আকার বা ওজন বেশি বা বড় হলে গ্রাহকের সাথে আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
